All reports support date range filtering and CSV export.

Sales Report

Total revenue, order count, average order value, breakdown by payment method, sales by department/category, top products. Date presets: Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Custom. CSV export available.

Analytics

Revenue trend (30/60/90 days), hourly sales patterns, day-of-week performance, ABC product analysis, customer insights, labor cost ratio.

Sales Journal

Line-by-line transaction record: date, order number, items, gross, discounts, taxes, net, payment method. For accounting and bank reconciliation.

Reconciliation

Compare expected vs actual cash and card totals for any day. Enter actual counts; differences flagged for review.

Profitability

Profit margins by product and department: revenue, estimated cost, gross profit/margin %, food cost %. ABC classification. CSV export.

P&L Statement

Revenue, COGS, Gross Profit, Operating Expenses, Labor, Net Profit/Loss.

Labor Cost

Staff hours per day/week, hourly rates, total wages, labor cost as % of revenue.

End of Day (EOD) Report

Daily closing summary: total sales, payment method breakdown, cash drawer summary, top items, shift summary, department totals. Print for any past date.

Variance Report

Expected stock vs actual stock from physical counts. Green = within tolerance, Red = significant variance. Click item for movement history.

Tips Report

Breakdown of all tips collected:

Summary: total tips for the period
By Employee: which staff members received tips and totals
By Payment Method: tips on cash orders vs card orders
